December goal time is here! I feel like I have very simple ones, yet in my head, I have broken them down a whole lot more to give them some depth. I like to make simple things really complicated sometimes.
Exercise – 30 minutes or 3 miles, at least 3 times a week. I need to really get some fo this weight off and get into a better mood. I know that exercise is really the only thing that is guaranteed to help me!
Devotion & Prayer – I have to get into a better routine of this. I know this is needed in my everyday life as it grounds me. Reminds me what really matters. Plus, it is part of my daily habits that I do most every morning. I have 5 things that I need to do every morning to keep my mornings sane! January Content – I want to have my content calendar for January fully written out, and quite possibly scheduled!
Read 2 Books – I don’t even care what they are. I want to get in the habit of reading more so that I am watching less crap TV. I love me some Bravo, Hallmark, and Lifetime, but I sure could be more productive with my time.
Plan Q1 – I need to focus my first quarter of 2017. I need to figure out some scaleable business streams to really get me off and running. I don’t care how big they are to start, I just know that I need to get them started so I can out myself on the path to better setting myself up for lofty goals I have written for next year.
These are my plans, now what are yours? To be clear, I also probably won’t start these until Monday. I like to start things on Mondays, and it is my birthday. How better than to start off a new year of my life than with goals in mind?
