February is a new month and a new start to whatever it is you want to accomplish! I know for me February is going to be excited for many reasons. My blog is under construction (behind the scenes) to get a makeover. I saw a mock up and let me tell you – I literally squealed with delight over it. I couldn’t be happier. I mean I could if it was done…but I mean really – it is going to be awesome!
I should have my hands on something that I have been dealing with (in a good way) for a couple months. I couldn’t be more excited and I can’t wait to share it with you when it actually happens! I can’t wait to open it up and share and help others the way I want to…I think it will be fab!
Friday posts are going to take a look at the YouTube side of Fitness as well. I have a couple ideas of how I want this to take place. I want to possible find someone awesome and follow their videos for a month and see how they are with recaps each Friday. I might also just pick a specific type of exercise and share it with you throughout the month showcasing different people/videos I have found that involved said exercise.

I have to laugh – also with the new month I have a few new things I am going to do this month – so here they are:
Challenge Loop – my new friend. I love this app because you can stack challenges. What do I mean by that? You can pick a couple challenges that are similar so you don’t overwork yourself – but get to meet more people with more motivation to boot!
I have picked 4 different challenges:
Flexible February Challenge – Goal is to get 60 minutes of stretching in each week. Awesome and this is so important to me right now with this pregnancy.
This Running Mom’s Life Fit February Challenge – We are challenged to workout at least twice per week. Just a simple little goal like this helps me so much – that is why I do The Weekly Challenge each Monday – I break big goals down into weekly to-do’s.
Let The Soul Shine: 28 Days of Meditation – At least 15 minutes of meditation a day. Much needed for me.
28 Day Blog Challenge – Katy wants us to commit to making out blogs better one day at a time. I have some ideas and I am on it!
I love these things that I can do to help motivate myself.
